Care Assistant (Twilight Hours)

Westbank care Home 64 Sevenoaks Road, Borough Green, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN15 8AP

Responsibilities

  • Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
  • Providing personal care, social support and creating impactful and heart‑warming memories.
  • Ensuring residents’ needs are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish”.
  • Working within a committed team.
  • Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
  • Performing any ad hoc duties required to meet service delivery for residents.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Enthusiastic about providing care.
  • Great values and compassion for supporting people.
  • Experience is an advantage but not necessary; full support and training will be provided.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently with creativity and passion for the work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to engage well with people we support in their continuing interests and creating positive experiences.

  • Part‑time contract.
  • Flexible to work morning and evening shifts.
  • Twilight hours: 6am‑10am, 6pm‑10pm, 7pm‑11pm.
  • Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour.
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time contracts).
