Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Assistant. You will be a central point of contact to provide a full range of HR guidance and support to department managers, staff, and staff‑side representatives across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent experience in an HR environment.
- Experience in the provision of HR advice and support across a range of issues such as employee relations, employment legislation, equal opportunities and employee development, promoting high quality practice in all areas.
Core Competencies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with various different stakeholders.
- People management skills together with a creative solution‑focused approach.
