Maintenance Electrician – Social Housing (Lincolnshire)

Are you an experienced Electrician with a passion for keeping homes safe and well‑maintained? We’re recruiting for a Social Housing Maintenance Electrician to join a busy, well‑established repairs team across the Lincolnshire region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, safety checks, and planned maintenance inside domestic social housing properties.
• Reactive and planned electrical repairs in occupied properties.
• Fault finding & diagnostics.
• Installing sockets, lighting, extractor fans & general electrical components.
• Carrying out EICRs and safety checks.
• Rewires and electrical upgrades (as required).
• Ensuring all work meets current electrical regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Qualifications

• 18th edition qualification 2391 / 2394/95 (or equivalent).
• Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Strong fault‑finding and testing skills.
• Friendly, customer‑focused approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
