Pasteurising Plant Operator – 12h Shifts, Temp-to-Perm

The Best Connection is seeking a Machine Operator for the Pasteurising Area in Shrewsbury. Candidates will be responsible for operating pasteurising machinery and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. Previous experience in a production or food manufacturing environment and a valid Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate are essential.

This position offers a starting pay of £13.00 per hour, with the role transitioning to a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Transport is required due to the location, as public transport is not available.
