Riggers

We are currently looking for Riggers to join one of our clients on a contract basis. Working on a variety of heavy engineering/engineering construction sites around the UK and Ireland.

The client is a market-leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of specialist rotating equipment to a range of industry sectors including heavy engineering, power generation and petro-chemical.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of rigging duties including helping to remove a wide range of equipment, carrying out slinging and working on the lift and movement of a range of equipment during planned outages.

Qualifications

• Experienced Riggers with a proven track record of working in a heavy engineering/engineering construction environment.
• Previous experience of slinging and lifting large items is essential.
• Experience of working on site in heavy engineering and construction environments is preferred.
• Relevant recognised qualification is essential.
• Current CCNSG Site Safety Passport required.
