Accounts Assistant
Location: Kingswinford (On-site) 35 hours per week

About the role
We’re looking for a detail‑focused and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Shared Services team in Kingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, international environment, supporting UK and Netherlands operations while contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes.
What you’ll be doing
As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in managing and maintaining financial processes across multiple ledgers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting shared ownership of UK and Netherlands ledgers
- Posting and allocating cash across multiple bank accounts
- Processing intercompany transactions, including:
- Creating and managing purchase orders
- Posting invoices via AX Exflow
- Updating pricing in D365
- Reviewing freight partner delivery reports and linking purchase orders to UK sales orders
- Performing intercompany reconciliations
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Raising customer invoices and providing supporting documentation
- Investigating and resolving queries with a customer-focused approach
- Playing an active role in process improvement initiatives
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc finance and admin tasks
