Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist to join the Nespresso pop‑up boutique in Battersea Power Station. The role requires a strong understanding of the retail environment and the competitive landscape of Nespresso, to contribute to the growing success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
- Supporting customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and delivering service‑oriented sales, promoting the unique brand experience.
- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso, ensuring a premium customer experience and excellent boutique performance.
- Ensuring all elements of boutique performance are delivered to the highest standards.
Success Ingredients
To be successful you will already have retail experience, ideally from a luxury background, though candidates from other industries with the required skill set will also be considered.
Required Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic with exceptional customer service.
- Ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with the customer base and be happy to support where needed.
