Working Hours: 09:00 – 15:00 Monday to Friday, 30‑minute lunch

We are recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This role is ideal for someone who is confident handling inbound calls and seeks a stable, long‑term position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a professional and confident manner
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
- Perform general office administration duties
- Support the wider team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
- Maintain an organised and efficient front‑of‑house function
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience within a receptionist or office administration role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy office environment

Pay & Benefits
