Organisation: Whitstable Maritime.

Short Description: Community engagement and fundraising activities. Work with existing and potential donors.

Detailed Description

  • Develop positive connections with individuals, local groups, and businesses who wish to support the charity.
  • Represent WM at community events, meetings, or informal conversations to raise awareness and interest.
  • Share updates, thank supporters, and keep people informed.
  • Help plan and deliver activities that encourage people to get involved, donate, or spread the word.
  • Share stories and opportunities through social media, newsletters, and networks.
  • Identify new opportunities.

Approximately 2-3 hours per week, depending on time of year.

  • Role Address: Whitstable, Faversham and surrounding areas preferred. Kent area also fine. Some work can be done remotely.
