Customer Support Officer – Examinations Team

We are seeking a Customer Support Officer within the Examinations Team, to be based at our office in NG8, Nottingham.

Skills and Education Group offers over 400 Further Education qualifications through approved colleges and training providers across the UK. The qualifications cover a wide variety of vocational subjects, including hospitality, door security, transport, and childcare.

This role involves both administration and customer service on a daily basis, ensuring the efficient operation of registrations, achievements, examinations, and certification processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer registrations, achievements, examinations and certification processes.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient customer service via telephone and email.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and liaise with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform general office duties with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately at a fast pace.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence in customer interaction.
