Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to help children and young people thrive. From the moment a referral comes in, you’ll ensure placements are safe, stable, and tailored to individual needs. You’ll lead case management, shape risk and support plans, and work in partnership with local authorities and statutory bodies. Just as importantly, you’ll build meaningful connections with young people, advocating for their needs and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and able to grow in confidence and independence.
Candidate Profile
