Architect / Architectural Technician – Major Infrastructure Projects

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)

Rate: £36-£40 per hour (Inside IR35)

Contract: 6 Months

Start: ASAP

You’ll be joining a large multidisciplinary team working on complex, high-value schemes, contributing across early design and technical stages (RIBA 0-4).

With multiple hires required, this is a rare chance to get involved in long-term, nationally significant projects at the design stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting design across large-scale infrastructure projects
• Producing and developing Revit models and design information
• Contributing to early-stage design (Stages 0-4)
• Working within a multidisciplinary project environment
• Supporting coordination across complex stakeholder teams
• Producing drawings, reports and technical documentation

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as an Architect or Architectural Technician
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience across early design / technical stages (0-4)
• Background in infrastructure, public sector or large-scale projects (ideal)
• Ability to work within complex, multi-team environments
