Pertemps Leamington Spa Commercial is looking for a Customer Service / Complaints Advisor based in Redditch. This role involves managing high volumes of customer complaints and queries in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment where office attendance is required 1–2 days per week.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, investigating complaints, and maintaining detailed case notes. Successful candidates will have solid call centre experience and problem-solving abilities.
