The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. If you need more flexibility we offer a range of working patterns to fit around your needs.

Overview Of The Role

All Support Workers must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Key duties

  • Assisting those we care for with personal care needs
  • Medication administration
  • Assisting and getting involved in daily activities, hobbies or outings
  • Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
  • Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with those we care for
  • Maintaining written and electronic daily records
  • Attending and completing training, as required

Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Support Worker.

Where will you work?

We provide flexible, individually tailored supported living services for people with autism, learning disabilities and associated complex needs. Support packages range from a few hours a day to help with independent living skills and community resources, up to full‑time 24‑7 specialist care. We work closely with local authority commissioners, care professionals and accommodation providers to support people in achieving independent living while still receiving the care and assistance they need. Supported living is highly personalised, structured around requirements, capabilities and preferences.
