Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Blagdon Depot (Bristol Water)
Salary: £27,566 per year
Working Hours
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 15:15, and Friday, 07:00 – 14:30, totalling 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming
- General site maintenance and upkeep
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Operating and maintaining basic grounds maintenance equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Ability and commitment to start work at 7:00am each day
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic experience in grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Full UK driving licence
