Payroll Coordinator
We are hiring a Payroll Coordinator to take ownership of global payroll operations for a fast‑growing international financial technology business. This is a key Payroll Coordinator role where you will help shape, improve, and scale payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions as the company continues its global expansion.

Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end global payroll in partnership with internal teams and external providers
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple regions
- Maintain and improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation
- Act as the main contact for payroll and benefits queries
- Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and support monthly reporting
About You
- At least 2+ years’ experience in payroll, finance, or people operations
- Experience working with payroll providers and managing payroll data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and take ownership
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
