About the Role

The Kings Trust programme at Worsley College delivers exceptional skills and confidence to a wide range of learners who wish to progress into the mainstream curriculum. As an Assistant Team Leader you will support the Team Leader in delivering Kings Trust Team Programmes across the college, ensuring that delivery complies with the structured 12‑week stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering high‑quality learning and assessment to ensure students achieve their qualifications.
  • Prepare resources and materials for learners to help them meet their goals and targets.
  • Maintain accurate, legible, and timely assessment and verification records.
  • Engage with a wide range of people, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Use Microsoft Office and other IT tools effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working directly with young people.
  • Strong communication and IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse learners and staff.
