Job Overview
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our brand new Derby Motorstore. Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well‑stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles while also updating customers on their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.
Responsibilities
- Identify parts required for a vehicle.
- Order parts from internal and external sources.
- Pick and pack parts.
- Communicate with the workshop.
- Provide quick and accurate service to customers.
- Invoice for sales.
- Review digital communications for customers.
- Manage stock levels and re‑stock as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven customer service skills and experience managing stock in a retail environment.
- Comfortable using computers; training on all systems will be provided.
- Keen to learn with a can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Excellent communicator – friendly, clear and concise.
- Enjoy working with customers.

Working Hours
Full-time: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm and alternate Saturdays 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
