Qualifications
- Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
- Natural problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Can learn and apply technical concepts
- Good working knowledge of CRMs
Responsibilities
- The main focus will be to deal with a range of engineer enquiries via telephone and email
- Ensuring a high-quality service is always a key focus, providing 1st time resolution
- Understanding customers situation and being able to deal with the situation effectively and in a timely manner
- Ensure that all queries are answered within a set time frame and KPIs and SLAs are adhered to and met

- £28,500 per annum plus overtime and bonus
- Shifts between 8am and 6pm and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays
