Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional first impression
- Supporting visitors with enquiries and guiding them to the right services
- Managing appointments, including check-ins and issuing tickets
- Taking payments and processing service requests accurately
- Updating customer information on internal systems
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handling enquiries with care, efficiency, and a strong customer focus
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, patient and empathetic approach
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Confidence using IT systems and handling customer information accurately
- A positive, team-focused attitude
