TheBrabazon Bar is the heart of our resort, and the ideal meeting place. The baris a versatile space, serving light dishes and coffees during the morning,afternoon tea, and hand-crafted cocktails in the evening. The bar is home tolive music during the weekend.

Theon-target earning potential for this role is a £34,143.60 annual salary,comprising a base salary of £31,476.00 supplemented by an estimated £2,667.60in gratuities per annum.

About the role

As Food &Beverage Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the managers to lead andorganise your team to deliver excellent operational standards and maximiserevenue in the department.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Coaching, developing, and acting as a role model to your team
  • Overseeing compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues
  • Assist in recruitment and training to company standards
  • Reviewing weekly business to address successes and opportunities forimprovement with revenue, guest measures, and payroll
  • Overseeing the cellar, stock control and bar training
  • Identifying opportunities to drive profit, create value for guests, andencourage innovation
  • Ensuring that your team are informed, motivated, engaged, and developed,to deliver operational excellence

About you

The ideal candidatewill have a proven food & beverage background within high-end hotels orcocktail bars. They should be experienced with regards high volume.

You will also have:

  • Outstanding leadership skills that inspire and motivate others todeliver exceptional results
  • Absolute commitment to guest expectations & their experience
  • Personal integrity to develop trust within their team
  • Experience in cellar management and stock control
  • Experience in making rotas and managing payroll
