About the role
A Customer Services Advisor will join our Customer Care team in Linwood, Scotland. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast‑paced environment. The ability to take full ownership of the customer journey and to resolve queries with efficiency, empathy and precision is essential.
Shift Pattern
Mon‑Sun, 5 days over 7. Specific shift times will be discussed at interview.
What you’ll be doing
- Demonstrate awareness of how your behaviour and actions impact colleagues, the Customer Service Centre and customers.
- Participate in regular 1:1s and coaching sessions with your Team Manager.
- Take personal responsibility for self‑development.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times.
Customer Service
- Process own workload in a timely fashion and without error.
- Ensure work meets Customer Service Centre quality standards.
- Strive to exceed customers’ expectations.
Process
- Follow correct procedures on every call or customer contact.
- Manage time effectively to support service standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the Management Team.
- Carry out general administrative duties as requested.
- Keep the Customer Service Centre and workplace areas clean, tidy and safe in accordance with company policy and health & safety regulations.
Communication
- Participate in team meetings and raise issues constructively.
- Represent the Customer Service Centre and InPost professionally.
- Support, facilitate and embrace open communication at all levels.
