Bank Support Worker Waking Nights – Kingshill Residential Home, Wigan, WN6 0AR.

Salary: £13.12 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis.
• Ensure residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care and help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of activities.
• Provide excellent care during waking nights.
• Administer medication, carry out personal care tasks, conduct security checks, and perform domestic tasks.
• Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and happy.

Qualifications

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. On‑joining support and training will be provided, and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications are available.
