Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Temp-to-Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembly Operator to join our growing team at a busy spring manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a hands‑on role working within a fast‑paced production environment, assembling and inspecting high‑quality spring products for a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling spring components and related products
• Operating basic production and assembly machinery
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider production team when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
