Key Responsibilities
- Support hostel occupants in adhering to rules and regulations
- Provide emotional and practical support to individuals in need
- Explain and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the hostel
- Offer relevant information to visitors and clients
- Liaise with Housing Officers to meet client needs effectively
- Promote equality and diversity within the supported housing environment
- Maintain high standards of customer care and support
Requirements
- Strong empathetic approach and value base
- Experience within a social care or supported housing environment (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts (7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am)
