Customer Support Administrator

We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a thriving business based in Brierley Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer‑focused individual with experience in customer service, order processing and administration, and an immediate start is also available for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Process bookings accurately and ensure there are no duplicate entries.
• Investigate courier issues with DPD and DHL, including claims for failed deliveries.
• Manage international delivery enquiries.
• Respond to customer queries via ticketing system, email and telephone.
• Send pre‑order notifications and updates.
• Generate return labels and process customer returns.
• Monitor eBay and Amazon accounts to maintain strong performance ratings.
• Support warehouse workflow and communicate order updates.
• Handle fraud notifications and raise concerns appropriately.
• Assist with crediting customer orders once fully trained.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers, the warehouse and internal departments.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns and service improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales order processing or administration.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence handling challenging customer situations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem‑solving.
