Building Repairs Technician – Repairs Team

Onward is looking for a General Building Technician for the Repairs team in Manchester. This permanent position offers a salary of £35,300 per annum and a generous holiday package of up to 40 days annually.

The technician will be responsible for delivering cost-effective repair solutions, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Essential qualifications include a minimum of L2 NVQ in bricklaying or roofing and an appropriate CSCS card.
