Aspiring SEN Class Teacher – Lead & Train Toward QTS

Academics is looking for an Unqualified SEN Class Teacher to join a specialist SEN setting in Ware, Hertfordshire. This permanent, full-time role provides an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, has experience with children or individuals with additional needs, and is keen to develop their skills through mentorship. You will plan lessons, support teaching assistants, and engage with various professionals to enhance student wellbeing and inclusion.
