About the role

The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wishes to appoint a Resource Base Class Teacher to work at Highfield Junior and Infant School within the trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lively and enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for SEND and Inclusion, who is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for the students in our Resource Base and enabling them to thrive and be included with their mainstream peers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a calm, positive and consistent approach towards pupils with autism and/or pupils with social and communication difficulties and complex SEND, and will promote inclusive and adaptable teaching and learning strategies that follow a tailored curriculum supporting the development of the whole child. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016); therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.

All applicants will be required to undergo satisfactory online checks, and successful applicants will be required to complete enhanced DBS checks.
