The Works
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes during busy service. Working alongside experienced chefs, you’ll continue to develop your skills while contributing to a strong, supportive kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Run your section with consistency and pride during service
- Prepare and deliver dishes to spec every time
- Support stock control and minimize waste
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Work closely with senior chefs to develop your skills
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
