The Works

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes during busy service. Working alongside experienced chefs, you’ll continue to develop your skills while contributing to a strong, supportive kitchen team.

Responsibilities

  • Run your section with consistency and pride during service
  • Prepare and deliver dishes to spec every time
  • Support stock control and minimize waste
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Work closely with senior chefs to develop your skills
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture

  • Enthusiastic, reliable and team-focused
  • Passionate about food and keen to develop your skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Detail-driven with high standards
