A highly supportive and inclusive specialist educational setting is seeking compassionate and proactive individuals to join its growing support team as a SEN Learning Support Assistant.

There are opportunities available across whole‑class support, targeted intervention groups and dedicated 1:1 support roles. Previous SEN experience is desirable; however, it is not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
Role involves
- Supporting students within the classroom to access learning effectively
- Providing small group intervention support
- Working on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require additional guidance
- Promoting positive behaviour, confidence and emotional wellbeing
- Assisting teaching staff with classroom preparation and activities
Successful candidates will

- Have a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs

- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Be eager to learn and develop professionally
