HGV Class 1 Driver – Coleshill / Birmingham Area

Pay: £17.43 per hour.

Overtime: £26.15 per hour.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 (C E) Drivers on behalf of a leading alcohol distribution company based in the Coleshill / Birmingham area. This is a physically demanding role delivering alcoholic beverages to pubs, bars, restaurants, and small businesses across the region.

The Role

• Multi-drop deliveries across Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Typically 10–15 drops per day
• Delivering kegs, cases, and barrels of alcohol
• Working alongside a driver’s mate
• Heavy lifting and manual handling involved daily
• Ensuring timely and professional deliveries to customers
• Completing all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks

Pay Rates

• £17.43 per hour
• £26.15 per hour overtime rate

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C E) licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Card
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience required
• Previous multi-drop experience preferred
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual work
• Good customer service skills and reliability
