Schedule: 4:30am – 1:30pm (Monday to Friday) – 40 hours per week with a 1‑hour lunch break. Guaranteed pay even if you finish early.

Right Match Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced Multi‑Drop Driver for a temporary‑to‑permanent role with our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for stability and a consistent route each day, with the chance to transition to permanent employment.

The Role

• Multi‑drop deliveries to builders’ merchants and shop loading bays.
• Same route each day for consistency.
• Early morning starts: 4:30am – 1:30pm.
• Drive automatic or manual vans.
• Paid 40 hours per week, even if the route is completed early.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.71 per hour.
• Guaranteed 40 hours’ pay per week (if all drops are completed).
• Overtime: 1.25× after 40 hours, 1.5× on Saturdays, 2× on Sundays.
• Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous multi‑drop or delivery experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and customer‑focused.
