Cover Supervisor – Bristol Schools

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with the work that has been set. This is a great opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people.

We’re looking for confident and reliable individuals who can manage a classroom, build positive relationships with students, and adapt to different school environments.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be confident leading a classroom independently
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be adaptable, reliable, and organised
• Have experience working with young people or within education
• Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS if needed
