The Role
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
- Support students with their learning where needed
- Work across a variety of subjects (no planning required)
- Gain experience in different school environments
Qualifications
- Relevant UK classroom experience or experience working with young people
- Confident managing groups of students
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, proactive and professional approach
