Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is not just a data-entry role—we are looking for a candidate who brings genuine passion and desire to their work every day.

Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle a variety of daily financial, operational, and clerical tasks.
Your core duties will include:
- Financial Admin & Reporting: Processing deposits, assisting with the preparation of VAT reports, and managing “Estimated & Actuals” tracking.
- Operational Logging: Handling trade administration, managing C&D processes, and accurately “X’ing off” completed tasks and stock.
- System Updates: Utilizing the Premia Solutions platform and regularly updating vehicle/system mileages.
- General Administration: Maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
