Job Description:

As a Cook at the National Trust, you will work in the kitchen to prepare and present delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Your food will be served directly to visitors.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow the National Trust Cookbook to prepare, measure, and mix ingredients.
  • Help with deliveries, keep the kitchen clean, and maintain health and safety compliance.
  • Support the smooth running of service.

Working hours and salary

15 hours per week across 2 days, with flexible days. Weekend work is not part of regular hours. Salary is £13.25 per hour. The position is permanent.
