HGV Class 2 Volumetric Concrete Mixer Driver – Day Shifts Available – Temp to Perm Opportunity

Job Details

We are looking for professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to operate volumetric concrete mixer vehicles delivering concrete to commercial and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Day work with early morning starts
• Delivering concrete to construction and commercial sites
• Operating volumetric concrete mixer vehicles safely and efficiently
• Measuring and mixing concrete to customer specifications
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Maintaining high safety standards on site
• Customer‑facing deliveries

Pay Rates

• £14.50 per hour PAYE Monday to Friday
• Once permanent salary will be £32k to £34k per year + commission

Requirements

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous mixer or construction industry experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience (for insurance purposes)
• Good understanding of site safety procedures
• Good communication and time‑keeping skills
