Independent Living Care & Support Worker

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Care & Support Worker in Nottingham, responsible for supporting individuals with learning disabilities to remain as independent as possible. The candidate will manage support plans, encourage social participation, and ideally have experience in handling medication and safeguarding.

This rewarding role requires a positive approach to life and previous experience as a support worker. All services are supported housing, with support available 24/7.
