Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will join the team at Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Wellbeing Service. Working as part of the Step 2 team, we will offer numerous prospects for learning and development through strong team support, clinical supervision, and integration with our Step 3 team. In addition to this we offer a comprehensive employee package including the opportunity to work flexibly across the locality. This role will entail taking time to build up trust and effective relationships with individuals and representatives of community groups and services, and we hope to receive applications from those who would be looking to stay for at least 18 months to 2 years to provide some consistency.

Job responsibilities

Step 2 Community Liaison Lead (2 Posts Available) – Hours: 37.5 per week; Salary: AfC Band 6 £39,959 per annum, with progression to £48,117 per annum; Location: 1 position for South Staffordshire – which covers Cannock, Stafford, Burton & Uttoxeter, Tamworth, Lichfield and Burntwood and Seisdon, and 1 position for North & Stoke – which covers Newcastle‑under‑Lyme & Staffordshire Moorlands and Stoke‑on‑Trent. Hybrid working arrangements but must be able to travel across the locality.

The role requires a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide evidence of at least two years of post‑qualification experience working within the PWP role, completion of the PWP Supervision Training, a strong understanding of how anxiety and depression present in Primary Care, and either BABCP or BPS registration.

Qualifications
