Role Overview
A Supervisor oversees the busy sales floor, motivates and coaches a team of sales assistants, and ensures a world‑class customer experience while meeting store KPIs.
Responsibilities
Sales Floor
- Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat targets
- Deliver exceptional service through role‑modelling the selling ceremony and meeting KPIs
- Perform store walks to maintain visual merchandising and commercial standards
- Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success
- Handle escalated complaints professionally and with care
Personal Sales
- Build customer relationships, answer queries and provide exemplary service
- Use product knowledge and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity strategies
Store Operations
- Act as key holder and manage opening/closing procedures
- Reconcile till systems and handle financial transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with recruitment, investigations and disciplinary hearings if required
- Assist with product and POS deliveries, unloading and storage in the correct store spaces
- Operate the till system and handle any escalations from the wider team
- Maintain vigilance on the shop floor and follow security policies to keep team and customers safe
Qualifications
- Proven experience driving sales and profitability
- Passion for exemplary customer service culture
- Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast‑paced environment, remaining confident with changing business needs
- Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values
- KPIs driven and excited by hitting and exceeding targets
- Well‑presented appearance, taste for desirable products and passion for retail
