Why be a Merchandising Admin Assistant at THG Beauty?

You will be joining a category‑led Merchandising team responsible for end-to-end stock management. You will support the team with administrative tasks, PO raising, delivery scheduling, and collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for end-to-end Purchase Order management, ensuring accurate input of orders, sending POs to suppliers and tracking orders against critical dates.
  • Track daily supplier communication regarding orders and maintain the delivery schedule, flagging opportunities or concerns for key launches.
  • Run the DS & identify any issues in achieving intake targets, collaborating with AM and product availability decisions.
  • Launch products live on site, ensuring pricing, product information and imagery are complete.
  • Oversee general maintenance of price changes and markdowns in line with the trade calendar, ensuring accuracy in multiple currencies.
  • Review and resolve inbound issues with Supply and Warehouse teams, liaising with suppliers and buyers for queries or shortages.
  • Support the AM and Merchandiser with Excel reporting, analysis, data entry and other administrative duties.
