The Role – Education and Training
In this role, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to inform teaching
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement
- Inspire a love of learning and encourage pupils to reach their full potential
- Contribute positively to the wider school community

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a QTS
- Has recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Has a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Can commute to Dunstable
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
