The Role: HGV Class 2 Driver

Temporary contract for the following dates:

• Wed 10th June – Wed 17th June – Days
• Thu 18th June – Fri 19th June – Nights
• Additional dates covering most of July

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle with vacuum hose and high‑pressure water jetting equipment.
• Work closely with a skilled operative to assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of roadside drains to prevent blockages and reduce the risk of flooding.

Shift Patterns

• Day Shift – 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (10 hrs paid per shift)
• Night Shift – 5:00 pm – 3:30 am (10 hrs paid per shift)

Pay Rates

• Days – £16.50 per hour PAYE
• Nights – £18.75 per hour PAYE

Requirements

• HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC.
