St Basils is seeking a full-time Progression Coach in Birmingham to support young people in their development and well-being. This role requires working closely with individuals to conduct assessments, provide support plans, and enhance life skills through various programs.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 3 in health & social care and experience working with vulnerable young people. Additional knowledge of housing and welfare rights legislation is essential.
