Primary Teacher

Primary Teacher (Full-Time) – DN3 Area

Start Date: September 2026. Contract: Fixed‑term until Summer 2027. Location: DN3, Doncaster. Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

Role Overview

This full‑time Primary Teacher will work across a range of year groups, collaborating with the Deputy Headteacher in a job‑share arrangement of responsibilities. The role involves teaching Year 5 on Mondays, EYFS part of the week, and Year 6 for approximately half a day per week, with the instructor’s own class covering the remainder of the timetable.

Key Responsibilities

• Full planning, preparation and assessment responsibilities
• Attendance at staff meetings and training
• Participation in after‑school clubs and wider school activities
• Co‑operate with colleagues and school leaders
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Ability to work across different age phases, years 5, 6 and EYFS
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Organised, flexible and committed to a positive impact on pupil outcomes
• Enhanced DBS check will be required; original qualifications must be provided before placement
