An innovative investment firm based in Canary Wharf are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a newly created role, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.
About the Administrative Assistant role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving investment firm! The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the leadership team and wider office operations. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team and wider stakeholders
- Schedule meetings and coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Act as a key point of contact for the London office
- Assist with internal events
- Support general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, printing, and meeting room set up
- Any other additional ad-hoc administrative support
Candidate Specification:
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Salary is £30K – £40K, dependent on experience plus excellent benefits
- Canary Wharf location
- Full-time, permanent role
- Hybrid, 2 days WFH per week
