As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the elegance, cleanliness and presentation of the hotel’s public spaces, ensuring every guest experiences the exceptional standards synonymous with the St. Regis brand. From the lobby and corridors to guest facilities and back‑of‑house areas, you will contribute to creating a refined, welcoming and immaculate environment throughout the hotel, bringing a detail‑driven and service‑focused approach while taking pride in maintaining luxury standards and delivering a seamless guest experience through care, organisation and attention to detail.

Location: 37 Conduit Street, London, United Kingdom (W1S 2YF). Schedule: Full time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts and guest facilities to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all public spaces remain immaculate, organised and presentation‑ready throughout the day.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest and operational requests.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies within public areas as required.
  • Remove waste, soiled items and service trays discreetly and efficiently.
  • Support deep cleaning projects and scheduled cleaning tasks as required.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns promptly to management.
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment, storage rooms and cleaning supplies in an organised and safe condition.
  • Follow all health, safety, hygiene and company procedures consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and operational teams to ensure seamless hotel presentation and guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold professional grooming and luxury service standards at all times.

Core Competencies

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive mindset, identifying and addressing cleaning or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Professional presentation and a positive, service‑driven attitude.
  • Physical capability to carry out the operational demands of the role.
  • A collaborative approach, supporting the wider Housekeeping and hotel operations teams.
