Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 5‑star customer experience consistently, going above and beyond to create a memorable day for customers.
  • Act as a Lush Ambassador, championing our ethics and values during consultations.
  • Operate till systems and handle cash as part of sales transactions.
  • Stock products on the shop floor, ensuring items are clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Engage customers through active listening, recommend products, and provide relevant information and demonstrations.
  • Deliver sit‑down consultations and bespoke routines, including hand and arm massages.
  • Host 5‑star parties and events, leaving a positive lasting impression for guests.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and remain solutions‑focused, as retail environments vary daily.
