Key Responsibilities
- Provide 5‑star customer experience consistently, going above and beyond to create a memorable day for customers.
- Act as a Lush Ambassador, championing our ethics and values during consultations.
- Operate till systems and handle cash as part of sales transactions.
- Stock products on the shop floor, ensuring items are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Engage customers through active listening, recommend products, and provide relevant information and demonstrations.
- Deliver sit‑down consultations and bespoke routines, including hand and arm massages.
- Host 5‑star parties and events, leaving a positive lasting impression for guests.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and remain solutions‑focused, as retail environments vary daily.
