Job Summary
We are looking for rockstar SDRs to join Drata, a B2B SaaS startup targeting the security and compliance automation space. As a member of the Drata SDR team, you will be a critical component of an innovative fast‑paced sales team. You will drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, and social media) to identify potential customers who would benefit from Drata’s solution and set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
This position is a hybrid role with two days per week in the office and requires candidates to reside in the London metro area.
What you’ll do
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator and Twitter.
- Respond to inbound customer interest and develop accounts to create opportunities.
- Use active listening skills to uncover customer needs and business problems and communicate how Drata can solve them.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, new contacts, etc.).
- Accurately track customer interactions in our CRM, Salesforce.
- Conduct high‑level conversations with C‑Suite executives in prospect accounts.
- Thrive on change while remaining organized, optimistic, and coachable.

- Proven track record: 6+ months in a sales development associate or inside sales role; SaaS sales experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
Competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock (Restricted Stock Units). The On‑Target Earnings for this role is £77,000, subject to change. The compensation bundle is tailored to professionals’ background and may evolve.
